FS Real Estate Advisory is the trading name of FS Advisory for Real Estate L.L.C. ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DED License No: 1589638). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email, paid advertising and email marketing, when you interact with us as a prospective or existing client, or as a visitor to our website.

We collect personal data that you provide directly, and data collected automatically through our website and marketing channels:
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. for email marketing and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (e.g. responding to enquiries, improving our services, fraud prevention), and performance of a contract (e.g. once you formally engage us for a service). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
We do not sell your personal data. Where US "sale" or "sharing" definitions under CCPA/CPRA apply to our advertising activity, see Section 8 for your opt-out rights.
If you provide your email or phone number through our website or forms, we may send you marketing communications about properties, market insights and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop WhatsApp or phone marketing contact at any time by telling us directly. We aim to comply with applicable anti-spam laws in the regions we market to, including the US CAN-SPAM Act and the EU's ePrivacy rules.
We are based in the UAE. If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or elsewhere, your data may be transferred to and processed in the UAE and other countries where our service providers operate. If you are in California or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (CCPA/CPRA and similar): you have the right to know what personal data we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate data, opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and legal records (including RERA/DLD-related documentation), and to comply with applicable retention obligations. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to a reasonable period to process that request.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are directed at adults seeking property advisory services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
